Retail Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of the general terms and conditions

All sales, services, and offers made by (hereinafter referred to as HappyDance) within the framework of the online store are subject to the following terms and conditions. These are an integral part of all contracts concluded with users for the products offered in the online store. HappyDance does not accept any deviating terms and conditions of the user unless HappyDance expressly acknowledges their validity in writing.


2. Sales contract

The user bindingly orders the selected product by entering his personal data and pressing the order button in the last phase of the ordering process. Before the order is completed, a confirmation window appears with the details of the order. There you can check and correct the data you entered.

The purchase contract is concluded when the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions on the shopping cart page, and this acceptance is essential and mandatory for the confirmation of any order. The contracting party towards the user is HappyDance (with the company name: Danza Disfraces y Baño RGL. S.L).

The user can access the status and details of their orders at any time by clicking on "My Account" > "Order History". Due to specific updates to the online store, orders placed before or within a certain date range may not appear in the order history. In such cases, the dates will be provided, and the customer can request a copy of their order in PDF format by emailing us at with their name and the date they placed the order.


3. Modification, cancellation, or refund (withdrawal).

By changing an order, we mean both changing the configuration of your item (style, size, fabrics) and adding or canceling any of the products included in your order. If you wish to change/cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please email us at and we will confirm acceptance as soon as possible.

If you wish to return an order that you have already received, please follow one of the procedures below:

- Go to "My Account > Order History", select the order you wish to return and click "View", then check the box to the left of the products you wish to return and click "Submit RMA Request". You may be able to indicate the reason for the return in the "Comments" field. Once you have done this, we will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours to proceed with the return of the specified products.

The return period for all products is 14 calendar days after receipt of the order. We do not accept returns of garments that have been tampered with by the customer (screen printed, washed, embroidered, or similar).

All products must be returned in their original condition: with labels and documentation (if any). Failure to return products in the same packaging may result in a reduction in value.

Upon receipt of the returned items, the total amount will be refunded according to the payment method used to pay for the order. The refund will be made as soon as possible, always within a maximum of 14 calendar days.


4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices of the products are indicated including VAT. The prices indicated on the items do not include shipping costs. When using discount vouchers, shipping costs are recalculated after the discount is applied.

On the shipping costs page, the cost of shipping is indicated according to the order value and carrier, as well as the delivery time, which must be added to the manufacturing time (next section).


5. Transport and delivery time

The delivery time for deliveries to the mainland and the Balearic Islands is a maximum of 16 days, and 21 days for the Canary Islands. In case of delivery bottlenecks, we will inform you about your order on the same day if the delivery time is affected.

All deliveries are made by courier (also indicated in the table above for each country/zone), except for deliveries to the Canary Islands, which are made by post. HappyDance cannot be held responsible for delivery delays as this service is provided by third-party companies outside of our company.

HappyDance contracts transport companies, therefore, when the package is in the hands of the transport company, we cannot have more information than that which appears on the website of the same, entering the tracking number provided each time you send us an email or request through our contact form.

In the event of situations, events, or circumstances beyond our control (unavailability of the customer, transport delays, human, mechanical, or technical failure, natural forces, or customs procedures), it is understood that HappyDance is exempt from any liability.

Any purchase made on is subject to a transportation contract. Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for the package.


6. Payment methods

The user can choose between the following payment methods:

- Payment by credit card through our payment gateway.

Use the secure servers of our card payment gateway to process your order more efficiently. The connection is secured by the Redsys Payment Gateway SSL certificate.

- Payment by bank transfer.

We ask you to transfer the amount indicated in the order form to our bank account and send us proof of payment. The order will be shipped only after the payment is confirmed by us.


7. Ownership

The product remains owned by HappyDance until full payment of the purchase price.


8. Warranty

HappyDance customers benefit from the warranty given by the various manufacturers of each item. Defects or damages caused by improper use or handling of the material or wear and tear due to normal use are not included in this warranty. Customers should inspect the order immediately upon receipt and ensure that:

- They conform to the description given by the seller and have the characteristics of the product presented by the seller to the consumer and user as a sample or model.

- They are fit for the purposes for which products of the same type are normally intended.

- They have the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type that the consumer and user can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the product.

Unless proven otherwise, products are considered to be in conformity with the contract if they meet all the above requirements.


9. Security and privacy policy

The application and the data entered to execute the order form are stored by HappyDance. All information entered into the HappyDance database will only be used and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and in accordance with our security policy. Please see our "Legal Notice" section for more details.

HappyDance has implemented technical and organizational measures that comply with applicable laws: As the owner of the personal data, HappyDance informs the Spanish Data Protection Agency (SDPA) on behalf of Danza Disfraces y Baño RGL S.L. of the existence of this data by identifying the files containing the personal data. HappyDance adopts the security measures required by law according to the level of protection.

HappyDance will ask the user and/or customer, when accepting the General Terms and Conditions, for the personal data necessary to provide the service. The Customer may exercise their right to data protection as follows:

- They can be changed by the User at any time by accessing the "My Personal Data" tab after logging in,

- They can be modified or deleted by sending an email with the request to, or by

10. Applicable law

These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the courts of the user's address, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction. Online Dispute Resolution Platform:

If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses shall not be affected. These terms and conditions may be changed at any time without prior notice.
